At Violief, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return / No Exchange / No Replacement

All products sold on our Platform are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Product not meeting expectations
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Size, color, or design preferences

Once an order is confirmed and delivered, no return, exchange, or replacement requests will be accepted.

2. Refund Policy – Duplicate Transactions Only

Refunds are strictly applicable only in cases of duplicate transactions, where the customer has been charged more than once for the same order.

Conditions for Duplicate Transaction Refund:

  • The duplicate payment must be for the same order
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction
  • Valid payment proof may be required for verification

3. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only
  • Any payment gateway or bank processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect product selection
  • Delay in delivery
  • Courier-related issues
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Orders refused or returned by the customer

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
